During his stops around the world, Hervé Di Rosa settled in Mexico in 2000. This city, its atmosphere, and the typical Mexican sport "La lucha libre" have greatly influenced his work. Here, with this original lithograph Hervé Di Rosa gives us a gallery of portraits of "Luchadors" the Mexican wrestlers. Most of them wear a mask which symbolizes their life and is anchored in old traditions.

The 60 copies, numbered and signed in pencil by the artist, were printed on Rives vellum 79 x 58 cm on the RLD presses.

Litho published on the occasion of the Foumban / Paris / Mexico / Bamoun exhibition at the Métairie Bruyère graphic art center in 2016 in Parly. Éditions RLD 2016.
