THE MAN AND THE CHILD

Through an artistic journey, Speedy Graphito revisits masterpieces from art history. Ranging from appropriation to reinterpretation, he establishes a fruitful dialogue between cultural heritage and contemporary culture, offering a fresh perspective imbued with poetry, humor, and sensitivity.

Speedy Graphito drew inspiration from the painting *The Mother and Child* by Fernand Léger. However, while the original work depicts the relationship between a mother and her child, the artist here chooses to portray a father with his. He thus offers a reinterpretation of the composition, presenting a different vision of parenthood and highlighting the importance of the father-child bond.

Edition of 60 copies, numbered and signed in pencil by the artist, printed on the presses of the RLD studio at La Métairie Bruyère.
